Senior TRX - This class is for those who are seeking a total body workout with less impact and less intensity while still providing maximum results. It will incorporate gentle flexibility exercises as well as exercises to improve balance and core strength without strain on joints.
SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SilverSneakers® Cardio Circuit - Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography

Kids Sports Circuit - Work on sports conditioning while having fun playing games.
Kids Zumbatomic - Come dance at this Zumba party for kids. It is a workout, but you smile the whole time.
Kids Water Sports & Games - Who knew the water could be so much fun? Splash and play and improve your water skills.
Kids Jujitsu – Begins January 12th and will offer free classes in the month of January. Join us for this kids jujitsu program where kids will learn discipline and have an opportunity to progress in a belt system in jujitsu martial arts. This class will provide structure in an exercise atmosphere.
Kids memberships include unlimited use of these classes and open swim (upon completion of a swim test) without parental supervision. Children are not allowed in other areas of the FLFC unless accompanied by an FLFC trainer. Inquire about kids personal training at the desk. Children must be picked up at the completion of each program or they will go to FLFC childcare. Again, children cannot sit and wait in other FLFC areas while parents finish a workout.
FLC Inclement Weather Policy
When Winston Salem Forsyth County Schools (WSFCS) are closed, the Family Life Center (FLC) will also be closed.
When WSFCS are delayed, the FLC will open at 10am, morning classes will not be held, childcare will open at 10am also.
When WSFCS close early, the FLC will close within one hour of the school closing time.
The pool will be closed if the facility is closed. If the facility opens on a delay, the pool will be closed in the morning.
We reserve the right to re-open the facility if weather permits, you can always call the facility to check on facility status.
